Get Involved
We aim to inspire women of all backgrounds and ethnicities to find and speak their voices. By fostering an environment where women can express their thoughts and experiences, we hope to create a ripple effect of inclusive empowerment and positive change.
Our Vision
Our 2024 theme is Adversity to Advancement. We invite global women speakers to delve into their personal and professional journeys, highlighting the challenges they've faced and the resilience they've developed. Through these stories, we aim to provide a platform for voices that might otherwise go unheard and to create a movement that breaks down barriers and builds connections.
We are looking for passionate, energetic speakers who can connect with the audience on a deeper level. We are looking for:

Positive Emotion: Show your passion and enthusiasm for your topic. Be expressive and energetic.

Heartfelt Stories: Your story should touch the hearts and minds of the audience. Break down walls and create a movement!

Innovation: Teach us something new we might need to know. Uniquely share your knowledge and offer new lessons from a fresh perspective.
Speaking Expectations and Guidelines
Event Essentials
Our Afternoon Session will follow our 12 to 1 PM Lunch Break.

Panel Discussion: 1 to 2 PM, Q&A session with the speakers and the audience.

Closing Remarks: A brief wrap-up of the day's highlights.

Networking: 1 hour of networking to connect with fellow attendees and speakers.
The event ends at 3 PM.
Our Morning Session will be from 9 AM to 12 PM.
We'll have an intermission from 10:20 to 10:40 AM

Duration: Each talk will be 10-15 minutes long.

Format: Live event on stage.

Candidates: We will feature 8-10 speakers.
